Bella Vita Guest House

Bella Vita Guest house is a gem, even though it’s a little outside Coron center. Our host Jolienne greeted us, helped with what we needed, and shared useful information on our first day. She also handled a stressful situation when I realized I’d dropped a designer wallet with cash in it during the ride there. It had been a birthday gift. Jolienne promptly helped locate the very honest and kind gentleman who drove us. We’ve only just arrived today, but it’s already been an amazing experience and I’d totally recommend the place! ❤️❤️❤️

The hostess and staff were extremely kind and helpful, and I’d happily come back. We stayed six nights. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the room was bright, very clean, and had working AC, a little closet, a chair and a table. We used the free room cleaning twice and came back to a fresh, nice-smelling room. The guesthouse is about eight minutes outside the city, but they rent scooters at a good price.

The rooms are quiet, fairly basic, and clean, with great AC. Breakfast was decent and starts at 6 AM, which is convenient. The place is a bit out of the way, but a tuktuk into the city is only 40PHP per person, so it wasn’t too inconvenient, even if every driver seems to try to rip you off. The staff are super helpful and can arrange pretty much everything, from private day trips, which I’d recommend over the regular tours, to taxis into town or to the airport at good prices.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the service was fantastic value. They helped book taxis and could arrange breakfast around our schedule. We were very happy with our four days at Bella Vita. The rooms were comfortable, clean and basic, and the staff provided unbeatable support.
