The chairs are broken, and the comfort and shower rooms need repairs because they aren't working properly. Getting into the venue can also be a problem if your car is lowered.

I liked that the place still feels laid-back and local instead of being overly commercialized, though it could use some renovation. The fees were ₱25 for adults, ₱15 for seniors, and free for kids. Parking was ₱50, a table ₱300, a cottage ₱600, and videoke ₱800.

The cottages are simple and a nice place to relax, and they also offer paluto with local dishes. It’s an underrated beach, or bayshore, in the North. I like its uncommercialized atmosphere, though the resort needs better management, especially for the rooms.

There’s no real sense of security here, and my family still regrets having a debut celebration at the venue years ago. The caretaker said it was his birthday too, so people from the area invited themselves to the event and ate our catering without knowing whether we’d authorized it. When we asked about it, the caretaker gave us false information. It was a traumatic experience, and honestly this isn’t even a good place for events. The rooms were okay, I guess, but the bathrooms had little water and the thin walls let us hear the neighbors clearly. The place needs maintenance.
