The room was cramped, though two people could move around in it. Its wall details and light fixtures gave it an old Victorian feel, and the plumbing seemed modern for a budget place. The real problem was pest control: the room was full of roaches. We were exhausted and didn't have the energy to find another hotel, but it felt like we paid too much for one night. The location could suit travelers staying briefly. It's at one of the city's busiest intersections, across from the bus stations, with 7-Eleven downstairs, trikes nearby, and a mall just steps away. Parking was a concern, though. The façade initially made the place look like a boutique stay that didn't really cater to guests with cars. There are two open parking spaces, but they didn't seem safe from loiterers or people going to the convenience store. The staff were friendly and polite on the phone, and helped us from arrival through checkout. Wi-Fi was fast. I had several of the same issues as previous guests, and it seemed they hadn't been addressed by housekeeping.

The downtown location puts restaurants, shops, and city attractions within easy reach. Rooms were clean and spacious, with the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating, although check-in service could slow down when busy. Ragtime Suites on Perez Boulevard in Dagupan City is a practical, dependable option for visitors.

The room is small but reasonably priced, with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Being close to the bus terminal, SM Dagupan, 7-Eleven, and places to eat is a real plus. Still, don't leave valuables in the room, the single-room doors are just sliding doors.

It's a very busy corner, with lots of people around and just two parking spaces directly in front of 7-Eleven. I wouldn't feel that my car was in the safest place there during a stay.

The staff were approachable and accommodating, the room was clean, and the shower had hot water. It's very convenient for SM Mall and the bus terminal, with a 7-Eleven just downstairs. The beach is only 21 minutes away, so we could watch the sunset and relax. There's no elevator, but we still enjoyed the stay with our two furbabies. We'll book again for sure!
