I stayed for three days without any problems. It was decent, and you get what you pay for.

The location was okay, the bathroom had hot water, the AC worked, and the employees were nice. But they charge 100 pesos for bringing in anything from outside. We ordered food there, including French fries for 150 pesos, a banana shake for 105, and a chocolate shake for 155. They looked like items they'd bought elsewhere and marked up. The room floor also felt a bit sticky, as if oil had been mopped up without soap. There's no water station, just bottled water for 20 or 30 pesos. It wasn't the best place, but it wasn't the worst either, and it's good enough for a cheap stay.

Front office clerk, please smile. I ordered bangus for Filipino breakfast, and delivery took 25 minutes. The egg wasn't cooked through, even though I asked for it well done, and fixing it took another 20 minutes.

We spent one night here with family on the way to Agno, Pangasinan. The location is handy for shops and restaurants, and there's ample parking. The shower gets hot, and there's free soap but no free shampoo. You'll need to pay for bottled water in the room, though there's a dispenser in the hallway. For the cheap price, I can't really complain.
