The owner and staff are friendly and the service is excellent, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the best I've stayed in Cebu so far. But it faces the main road, so it's noisy, and the restaurant next door plays loud music from 7am. They let a pit bull run loose. However well behaved it may be, not everyone likes dogs. It is also poorly trained, peeing and pooping over the beach beds and leaving them to dry without anyone cleaning up. The owner's or staff's children make noise around the pool, and the dog suddenly barks and runs around. I wouldn't recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or fun beach life. If you just need somewhere to sleep and use as a base to go elsewhere, I'd recommend it.

Housekeeping took care of our needs, and the pool right in front of the rooms was perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a second floor holding two single beds, a big bathroom, and large TVs. There's a bar and dining area for breakfast, food and drinks, plus a karaoke setup with YouTube TV, two big Sony speakers and high-quality microphones. Parking is in a safe area. We had an easy, very good stay in a pretty place in the south of Cebu, with nice owners. Thank you, Ann and Tim, for a nice week!

The Australian owner was entertaining with the guests, and receptionist Moon was so accommodating. American Pitbull "Blue" was well behaved and sweeeettttttt. It was so cozy even in the rainy weather. Can't ask for more, best beach house resort ever! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalaguete.

The pool and view are really nice, and the little beach gives you great access to the sea. The rooms themselves are very nice too, with plenty of space and a huge bathroom and shower. But it was noisy. The rooms face the bus stop area, and idling buses rumble loudly enough to feel in the walls while you're in bed. Drivers also honk and yell, so it wasn't peaceful at night. The towels were old and had holes, which wasn't what I expected at that price. There was a fridge but no glasses in the room. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, there was no staff, and the restaurant and bar were closed. I understand people may take those days off, but it would've been nice to know beforehand. Lots of little things could make the place better if they were taken care of.

The food is special, and the service feels personal in a way that makes you feel valued and completely satisfied with your experience. It's the best little place on this coast. The rooms are impeccable, and every morning is glorious.
