We had a double standard room. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the service was very friendly, and the price was very affordable. There’s free on-site parking, which is a real plus if you arrive by car. The guesthouse is in Daraga, Albay, about 1.8 km from the town center, with local attractions and Bicol International Airport easy to reach. There’s no breakfast, but a carenderia is nearby, or you can order through grab or food panda. Y's Rezidenzia is worth considering for a budget stay. If amenities matter most to you, you may want to look elsewhere.

We stayed for four days and didn’t run into any problems. The rooms are lovely and clean, the place is quiet and good for relaxing, and the host and staff are welcoming. It’s budget-friendly and close to the city. I’d definitely recommend it and choose it again on another visit.

Booked through AirBNB. The host was really responsive, and the location felt just right, near the city center but far enough away to stay quiet. I liked the bed, and they provided toiletries, water, and lots of pillows lol. I forgot to take photos of the other parts of the room.

Rent was cheap for the quality of the room, so the value was a big surprise. The TV was a Xiaomi product with excellent features, and the internet connection was good too. Staying here with my girl was a pleasure.

We enjoyed the fully equipped outdoor dining area, with utensils and dishwashing facilities. The hotel suites are very clean and smart, and it was a perfect stop on our family road trip. It felt safe, and the location was great while still being private. Y's residence is a hidden gem, with a super host, and we’d recommend it to anyone in Legazpie. Look out for that sneak peak of Magestic Mayon.
