Bayfront Hotel Cebu - Capitol Site

The view and breakfast were good, and the hotel room felt comfortable with everything I needed. The bathroom was super clean, too. It's a worthwhile place to stay on a budget trip, and I highly recommend it if you want to be in the middle of the city. The staff could use more energetic greetings and a warmer welcome for other guests. That part didn't bother me personally, but it might matter to them. For now, I'd give it four stars.

There was a nice common area and food options available around the clock, plus breakfast was included in the price and was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most rooms seemed to be used as live-in accommodation by younger students, though there were other people from all over as well. I had a great time, but it was a little pricey. Still worth it.

We had a 3AM call time, and it was reassuring to find security staff on duty to let us in. We had a decent stay at Bayfront Hotel Capitol Site. The location was convenient, but the staff could have been warmer. We didn't get welcoming smiles or warm greetings at check-in or when asking questions. The pool was unusable during our stay because the deck floor was being renovated. The food was average, and online questions or requests got slow replies. Convenience, security, and roomy accommodations were good; service, dining, and amenities could improve.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices from traditional Filipino food to Western dishes. The staff were kind and helpful, and reception could assist with things you didn't know. The hotel was very clean and well organized, the rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a very good job.
