The location worked well, with a mall, convenience stores, fast food, and ATMs nearby. But I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the price is the main draw. In our first room the shower barely worked, and the cable was out, so the TV was useless. We moved to a second room, which had no trash bin and another shower heater that didn't work. The TV was useless there too. The blankets smelled awful, like they hadn't been treated with fabric conditioner.

The rooms are large, the restroom was fine, and the air conditioning worked well. Rates were 850 for a twin room and 650 for a single. The location is in the center of Davao, with food available everywhere at any time. Still, I only gave it two stars because the service didn't satisfy me. The television was old, and there was no in-room phone to call for help. It feels like a place for people who just need to spend the night. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 12 pm, the worst check-in time I've ever run into.

The food they brought us was pretty good, and it didn't repeat during my five days there. The cable TV was no good, though, and there was no bidet in the toilet. The hot and cold shower did work. I also wondered why they didn't provide toiletries or a towel. While we were in isolation, the staff looked after us well. WiFi access was limited, especially when you were far from the modem.

We found the place clean and safe, with a spacious room and a hot and cold shower. The rates are affordable, especially with the promo for check-ins later in the afternoon. Getting to Gaisano Mall of Davao, the church, and a public transport terminal is easy.

It's handy for a group trip because the rates are affordable, and the location near Gaisano Mall in Davao City is convenient. There isn't an elevator to the upper floors, though. Some might see the stairs as a chance to get exercise.
