I booked a week here while preparing for my board exams, and it turned out to be a peaceful place to study despite being in a busy area. I prefer not to be disturbed, so the quiet atmosphere suited me. The room was clean and had a nice feel, though the floor and wall could use repairs. It’s a nice option for someone traveling alone, and the bed was so soft and cozy. After long days of studying and overthinking, falling into bed made things feel more bearable. The staff were polite, open, and accommodating, and they communicated well. Thank you po for cheering me on for my board exam. I loved staying here and am glad I chose it.

Our room had several problems: the TV was defective, the bathroom door didn’t work properly, and the toilet wouldn’t flush right. There was no Wi-Fi on the higher floors, and the aircon took too long to cool the room.

The location is good, the price is fair, and the hot and cold shower worked great. But there was no Wi-Fi in the room, the aircon was a bit noisy, and the TV channel selection was very limited. I also had to go down to the lobby to ask for soap. I wouldn’t recommend it for a staycation.

The hotel is close to plenty of places to eat, and we had dinner at Barbecue Boss, just a short walk away. It’s also a convenient choice for the bus terminal where we got off on the way to Cagayan de Oro City. My stay was comfortable, and everything was fine apart from there being no TV remote. Thank you Lord for guiding me.

There’s plenty nearby, including malls, schools, banks, and the Matina Town District food area. The hotel itself is tucked away from the highway, so you’ll need to walk about 100 meters along a one-lane road to find it. For the price, the rooms are great.
