We rented the whole place for our company summer outing last year, and it was very affordable. The pool was massive and could fit about 50 people. There’s also a kids’ section where they can swim and play more safely. They even gave us a complimentary room to wash up and keep our belongings secure.

I brought my kids for swimming lessons, and from our first visit we were greeted with smiles. I’d like to commend the waiters too for their good service. The resort feels very kid-friendly, with a huge pool that seems safe for children. There’s a lot of dining space with plenty of ceiling fans and TVs, plus a closed, air-conditioned restaurant. I was told the rooms cost 1800 a night, and pool use is free.

Good for a quick getaway. The pool was clean and the food was yummy, and the staff were helpful and very accommodating. In the room, though, we found mosquitoes and a cockroach. The water pressure was low, and the shower’s hot water wasn’t actually hot.

We held an event here last night. The venue itself was okay, with a spacious pool and decent lights and sound, but the food was only 5/10. The spaghetti was especially disappointing, and the banquet staff weren’t helpful. We also stayed in two rooms. The smaller first-floor room was about 18sq/mtrs. The second-floor room was a little larger and had a living room, shower, comfort room, bedroom, and kitchen, but we couldn’t use the kitchen even though it was included in the package. There was no gas, just the no minibar, and no blower. The room was dusty and smelled musky, though the aircon was okay. The big room also leaks badly. The event turned into a disaster because we booked the area beside the pool hoping to swim afterward. We had been told the pool was open until 10pm. At 9pm, while my son, nephews, toddlers, and about 10 others were still swimming, the lights were switched off. Most of the guests in the pool were toddlers, and there was no lighting. To make it worse, a staff member started putting chlorine in the pool while the kids were still there. We felt harassed and treated like bystanders, and the kids’ safety was put at risk. When I asked a reception staff member what time the pool closed, he said 10pm, which is why I changed to swim. Afterward, when we confronted him, he insisted in front of me that he had said 9pm. He hadn’t realized I’d changed clothes because he told me 10pm. We spoke with the manager later that evening. She apologized and took ownership of the problem, and they admitted they had made a mistake. The children's party went well apart from the pool problems and the staff giving inconsistent information. There’s room for improvement, but we could sense a lack of care for guests. The celebration’s happiness turned into disappointment and lies. We won’t come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
