Al-Raddadi Suites

We rented four rooms for a big family outing. Some things need attention: the main door only stays shut if you lock the dead bolt because the regular handle lock is broken. The CR door is broken too and can be pushed open easily. In two rooms, low smoke detector batteries kept making the alarms beep. The hot shower only works when city water pressure is REALLY good. If you're driving, be ready to park in very thick, nasty mud. Staff were okay and friendly, but the rooms need work.

For the price, compared with other nearby places, it wasn't great, though it wasn't terrible either. The shower pressure was ridiculous, and rinsing off soap and shampoo took ages. Our room's fire alarm kept beeping because the battery was flat. We called the front desk, and they came up and removed it altogether since they didn't know how to fix it. I don't know where they put it, but we could still hear the beeping through the night.

The room is fine for what it costs, but the toilet needs some improvement.

The bathroom was disgusting and didn't seem to have been cleaned. They knew I'd booked the room, but the A/C still wasn't on when I arrived. Staff were eating in the kitchen while cooking, and they slept on the floor outside the rooms, leaving customers to work around them. The guard wasn't in uniform either. I hope the owner pays attention to this. I would never recommend the place.
