There was no breakfast at the hotel, though two fast food places across the street were an easy walk. Our room was tiny, maybe all right for one person staying a night. It hadn't been cleaned well, with lots of dust under the bed, and the shower head needed cleaning because water sprayed everywhere.

The rooms are clean and the price is very low. I'm satisfied with the service. Parking is the downside: the inn only has three spaces out front.

We stayed for two nights at this clean, affordable hotel. It's within walking distance of people's park and other restaurants, and the Wi-Fi signal was good. The staff were helpful and answered our questions and inquiries. A good place to stay in Davao City.

Our room was way up on the top floor, and the bathroom had a nice view of the city. We enjoyed taking a bath while looking out at it. We could also hear the wind blowing in our room.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and some basic necessities were missing. We had to ask reception for a rag, then carry it back ourselves. Breakfast was another bad experience: they kept us waiting 30 minutes for burnt tapa. The area was very noisy, with a videoke bar nearby. We know it's a budget hotel, but some hotels give better service. Probably the worst hotel we've stayed in.
