The Manor Hotel

Good value for a one-night stop on the way to the airport. It’s well placed for People's Park and Rizal Park, with good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were really nice, and the room had a hot and cold shower. Parking was the problem. Cars have to line up, so whenever the car ahead leaves, your rest gets interrupted because you have to back your car out of the driveway.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I tried the single-bed room at Manor Hotel in Davao, in Poblacion Davao, and was satisfied with it. It had one single bed, a TV, a toilet, a cupboard, and free WiFi.

The staff were polite, the location is excellent, and it’s quiet. There’s a hot and cold shower too. But there’s no bidet, and the aircon isn’t powerful enough for the room. They charge for everything, even an extra pillow or a spoon, and charging extra for early check-in is terrible for a hotel. The WiFi didn’t work. They only boil hot water once a day, and the water I got for the noodles they sell was lukewarm, so the noodles never cooked. No wonder the hotels next door have more guests. I’d never return.
