We always stay here when we vacation, and it’s right in the heart of the city, close to businesses and the airport. The rooms are neat and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is free. There’s also a Japanese restaurant on the 5/F. The thing that stood out most was Antonio’s honesty. I’d left my diamond earrings on the bed without realizing it. He chased after us on his motorbike and caught up with our car right at the airport entrance to return them. He could have kept them, but did the right thing. I was delighted and very glad Antonio found them. He left right after catching our car, so I didn’t get a chance to reward him at the airport. I hope he still works there so I can do that. We had a very good stay and would definitely come back.

It’s quiet and feels safe to sleep here. The hotel is tidy and immaculately clean, the rooms are spotless, and the restaurants are all excellent. The staff are kind and helpful. I’ve stayed many times and love this city-center hotel.

The location puts you right in the middle of everything, with the museum, fast food places, pharmacies, local resto spots, and even a watch repair shop all within walking distance. The restaurant is clean, and its dinner buffet is reasonably priced at around ₱750. The food is good, and the staff are respectful and attentive. The rooms are clean and well-kept too.

This is some of the worst hospitality property service in the city. They wouldn’t admit their mistakes or try to make the stay relaxing for their clients. Being told, “you can leave anytime, we don’t need your business,” is just a shy away.

It’s in a good spot, right in the heart of Dipolog. There’s no breakfast buffet, but the food selection is good enough for a 2-3 night stay.
