The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and the room was nice, with a well-designed bathroom and a complete setup by global hotel standards. For an event, the function space has a large stage and room for up to 100 guests, plus space for dancing and other setups. There are two buffet stations, which kept the lines moving smoothly. The food was good and served with assistance so everyone got a fair share. They can set up a projector and screen, but you’ll need to bring a laptop and connect its audio to the main speakers. The sound system was great once the party got going. It’s in the center of Dipolog, behind a shopping center, and you can walk to the boulevard. There’s a good chicken restaurant and a coffee shop on the ground floor. They’ve got what you need.

We’ve stayed here a few times and like being just a block from Lee Plaza Mall and a short walk from the ocean boardwalk. There’s an excellent restaurant connected to the place that offers room service. The place is new, very clean, and has friendly staff. I’d suggest adding bottled water and a heater for coffee or tea in the rooms.

We arrived without a reservation, needing somewhere to rest for the night because the kids were exhausted after more than 12 hours of travel. The front desk staff took good care of us, and I’d give the service I received five stars.

A nice spot to stay when visiting Dipolog. Ate, one of the staff, kept checking on us and made sure we were having a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. :)
