Clean, practical rooms with a bed, basic bathroom, air conditioning, and dependable security make Go Hotels Dumaguete a sensible place to sleep and shower. Check-in and simple requests were handled smoothly, and the price suits the no-frills setup, especially for a short visit when you’ll spend most of your time out. The big draw for me is the location beside Robinsons Place Dumaguete. You can walk over in a few minutes for food, shopping, or a break from the heat after exploring the city or nearby islands. It’s a good-value choice if easy access matters more to you than luxury or elaborate facilities.

The hotel's restaurant served the best meals, lami kaayo! Our room was fine too, with good air conditioning and a TV we didn't end up using. There was no hot water in the shower, but we didn't mind. The big mall and Ceres bus terminal right beside the hotel were handy.

The staff were wonderful and did their best to help. I only stayed a couple of nights, and that was about right for this place. My ground-floor room was beside the busy road, so traffic noise came through while I was trying to sleep, both morning and night. It's next to Robinson Mall, which is convenient, but I'd use this hotel for a short stop rather than a longer stay.

The front desk team and the rest of the staff made a great impression. They greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths, and everyone was approachable and professional. The guard was also at the gate throughout my one-day stay, which helped me feel secure. My room, bathroom, bed, and pillows were all clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and had no bad smell. It felt clear that the hotel is well managed and its staff are trained well. Budget or luxury, hotels should aim for this kind of service. Kudos to Go Hotels Mandaluyong Management for setting a good example. I'd recommend the hotel to visitors to Dumaguete. Sincerely,
