The staff are really helpful and can sort out scooter rentals, an airport shuttle, and tours. The accommodation is basic, but excellent value for money. It’s about a five-minute drive from where most of the restaurants are.

I stayed for more than three months, and everything was perfect. Mrs. Jane R., Sir. Ludovic Chambovey, and the staff went above and beyond to handle every request easily. Stessy and Dian were especially courteous and attentive. Truly an outstanding experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The male front desk staff was nice, and Jojo, the breakfast server, was polite and helpful. The stay was affordable, breakfast came with the booking, and the shower got very hot. It was quiet and relatively close to GL, the pier, and Cloud 9, with sari-sari stores nearby but no restaurants right in the area. The room and property were dirty and poorly maintained, nothing like what I expected from a “resort.” The AC was extremely loud, curtains didn’t fully close, and people outside could see into the room at night. The door didn’t lock or shut properly. Both the faucet and shower water were salty, and a terrible bathroom smell spread through the room. I had to spray perfume to stand it. There was no beach nearby, which was disappointing on a Siargao trip. The female front desk staff wasn’t approachable, and her lack of warmth or a smile didn’t help. At checkout, the power went out across the whole town. There was no water, no way to flush the toilet, and the rooms were sweltering, so guests gathered in the dining area to get out of the heat. One guest complained to management about there being no generator. My stay was awful. I wanted to leave after one night but stayed a second because the trip was short. I left extra early the next morning just to get out. It made me wonder if this is the standard for hotels in Siargao, though I hope not. I’ll never stay here again. If you’re staying in Soeliana, don’t expect much. It’s suitable only if you’re on a tight budget, not a resort.

The location is a plus, just a few minutes from places to go out, coffee shops, and the public beach. We booked an airport transfer for P300/head. Since we arrived before check-in, we rented a motorbike for P350/day, license required, and rode around to get familiar with the area. We chose this place to spend a little less on accommodation during our five days and four nights in Siargao. For the price, the place needs better maintenance and staffing. We were given room 03 so we could check in and rest because someone was still in the room we had booked. The room was pretty standard, but there was a bad odor from the CR. The CR was clean, though there was rust around the doorknob and shower head. There was no rug, so I had to ask the front desk for one. They gave us two towels, soap, and shampoo. The ACU was small but eventually cooled the room, so we left it on for our whole stay. After the trip, we cleaned up and took a nap. Then I noticed my side of the bed sagged a little, and found the bed frame was broken. We didn’t complain because we just wanted to rest that day. The room was full of mosquitoes when we woke up. I bought catol (lol), which worked, and we had no more mosquito problem for the next three nights. The front desk guy who helped us on day one was accommodating and got us everything we needed. The evening receptionist was the one downside. She seemed less approachable and like she didn’t want to be asked anything. By day three, sand had built up and we asked to have the room cleaned. We left the keys at 9 am and went for breakfast, came back at 11am, and it still wasn’t cleaned. We only wanted the floor swept, so we went out again. At 2 pm, when we asked the lady for our keys, she said the room had been cleaned, but it hadn’t. We never got room service the whole stay. Our trash was left in the room, and I swept the sand to the side with the rug, which wasn’t replaced either. Management should review the staff roster, especially housekeeping, and talk to the team if they want to keep getting customers. Bring mosquito repellent, as the place is infested with mosquitoes. Most of Siargao has them, but this place really needs pest control. There’s no restaurant, but you can bring food to your room. Dispose of wet trash outside to avoid ants. I hope the place improves by our next visit to Siargao. Thanks anyway.

It’s calm and quiet here, while restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and beaches are just a short tuktuk ride away. Prices are affordable too. Booking directly is a good idea, since you can get a basic breakfast at no extra cost. The place was clean, though a few small repairs were needed, like a drawer missing its handle and an exposed section of floorboard.
