Florentina Homes Apartment Hotels

Gabby’s Bistro was a real highlight, with good food right there on the property. I spent five days at Florentina Homes and loved it. The colorful decor gives the place a charming, cozy feel, and the staff were wonderful. It was peaceful and easy to relax there. Nothing to complain about, and I’d gladly return again and again.

The villa looked lovely inside and out, and we got to stay somewhere luxurious at a fairly affordable price thanks to a good Agoda deal. It’s a pretty place near DGT Airport. After dark, though, the village felt like a ghost town and was very dark. It was like the party suddenly ended at midnight.

The receptionists were a bright spot. The lady working at reception on Jan 21 at 2pm was pleasant and had a sweet smile. The boy at reception on Jan 23 at 10am was especially lovely, with a radiant personality, and even helped me get my bill changed at the restaurant next door. I also had a quiet, relaxing time by the pool early one morning when I was the only one there. The room was spacious, with a big comfortable bed, and the AC kept it cold and cozy from midnight through early morning. The equipment was disappointing. The TV didn’t work, despite the hotel saying it was connected, and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. There are two guest networks, the hotel’s and the restaurant next door’s, but both had the same bad connection. Without mobile data, you can’t scroll, call, or message people. I wouldn’t recommend it for business travelers, since you’re never going to get work done. No TV and no Wi-Fi felt like the prehistoric age for someone active on social media. That’s why I gave it four stars.

Florentina Homes is quiet, clean, and easy on the budget. The rooms are kept up well, and it’s a comfortable place to rest if you’re mostly out exploring. The location works well too. It’s a simple, no-frills stay, especially suited to a short visit.
