We paid PHP 1550 at the counter for a twin deluxe room, which I think included breakfast, though we checked out early. Our room, number 216, was very spacious and seemed to be in a newer part of the hotel. Everything was clean, new, firm, and working. It's very simple and straightforward, with a 6" mattress, quiet split type aircon, a shower water heater, and free water dispensers in the hallway. There is also guarded parking. A great place for a night if you're after somewhere new, clean, and simple.

Free water and coffee were handy, so we didn't need to buy any during our 4-day stay. The place was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, and the warm, friendly staff were accommodating throughout. Great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

It's new, which I think is part of why we had such a great experience. The rooms, service, location, and budget all get 5 stars from me. Breakfast, coffee, water, and parking if you have a car are included for the price. The service staff really look after your needs. I always book here when I'm in dumaguete ❤️

I wish they'd provided soap. Otherwise, it was pretty good for the price. The room was clean and spacious, with a hot shower and decent bedding.
