C & L Suites Inn

The staff left the room uncleaned while I was out from 7 AM until 4:30PM. I had to call the front desk to send housekeeping. When the guy came with towels and linens, I asked why it hadn't been cleaned, and he asked if I'd told the front desk. It seemed like rooms don't get cleaned unless you ask. The room itself was small, with awful colours and a big square pillar in the middle. The shower stall was tiny, there was no hot water or bath mat, and the internet didn't work during my two days there. I had to phone reception to get a drink glass sent up. There was no safe or coffee facilities. Breakfast was terrible: a 6 item buffet on hotel pans, but the burners weren't lit. If you wanted the horrible food warm, you had to hand over your plate and presumeably they'd microwave it. The only coffee was powdered instant. Do not stay here.

The staff were kind and helpful, and they offer a buffet breakfast. The location in Dumangete is good, within walking distance of the boulevard and LP grocery's mall. The rooms are a little old and need some maintenance work, but they are clean. For the money, it's a good compromise between service quality and what you spend.

It was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The hot shower, wifi and AC all worked. I'll come back soon.

Clean, affordable rooms and friendly staff. The church, park and essential establishments are all within walking distance.
