The staff made the biggest impression on us, especially Kent. He was so friendly and helpful that hospitality trainees could learn a lot from his courtesy and customer service. We stayed six days and felt the price was very fair for what we got. The room was basic, but clean. We could hear plenty of noise at night because our room faced the street, though the hotel’s central spot in lively El Nido is easy to see on Google Maps. It’s a few steps from the boat dock at El Nido Beach, which was perfect for our daily boat trips.

Watching a couple of movies on the modern TVs was a nice extra, and everything else was a good experience. The air conditioner in my room was very old and noisy, so I dealt with it by wearing earplugs.

The central location was the one good thing. The room was dirty, and there were ants in both it and the bathroom. The windows did little to block sound: tricycles and scooters carried on through the night until around 5 AM, then the roosters started. We barely slept for three nights, and I was so exhausted I cried. We moved to another hotel after that. They did refund our money, which we appreciated.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is close to everything. It’s really cheap and has AC. The bathroom is small but works fine. If you’re out all day and just need somewhere for a couple of nights, it’s good enough. Thank you x
