We had nine people crammed into one room, and the AC was weak and couldn’t be adjusted. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the floor was so damaged that the door was hard to open. Even though we had an infant with us, management said they had no extra fan to provide. A horrible experience. I definitely won’t stay here again if I return to El Nido.

We ended up at Chelle's apartelle after our boat expedition was cancelled three days in a row and our previous accommodation was fully booked. We just walked in, and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Everyone was lovely and smiley. Our room was bigger than the last place we stayed, and breakfast was included. They brought it to the table and chairs right outside our door. There’s a short walk into town, and they provided water, tea, and coffee. The AC worked great. Really good value, and I’d stay again. Thanks to all the staff.

The room had queen-size beds plus a single, and there was loads of space. A group of four could fit comfortably. At 1200 a night with breakfast, it was a good deal. It’s about a 10-minute walk back to El Nido centre, or you can rent a scooter across the road. Excellent service, too, and the young guy at the desk was a real gent.

The room was clean and the hot shower worked. For a budget stay in el nido, it’s a good option. The smell outside was really bad, and it was difficult to eat breakfast outdoors. That’s down to the community around chelles, not Chelle’s itself. The staff were super nice and accommodating, and the service was amazing. Breakfast was good, and they offered free coffee, water, and use of utensils. I still gave it five stars for the great service. Thank you so much po!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the centre, near the main restaurants, shops, and beach. They arranged our ferry to Coron and an island hopping trip. I’d suggest booking the island trip through another agency, though. The hotel uses travelbooks, and both we and other guests had a bad experience with that company, so check travelbooks reviews. We enjoyed our stay and found it good value. The staff were friendly, and the receptionist gave us a warm welcome. Free coffee and cold water were available, and breakfast was included, with a few choices served to our room at a time we picked between 7-9am. The omelette was delicious. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
