The owner is lovely and clearly cares about her guests. The place feels thoughtfully set up. Rooms are spotless, fresh-smelling, and even nicer in person than in the photos, perhaps because many have been renovated. They have a cozy, homely, relaxing holiday feel. We were told to try the sea view rooms, and the views are amazing when you wake up and open the curtains, though the other rooms are good too. There’s a water dispenser for tea or instant coffee whenever you like. The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, plus a famous coffee shop next door. Tour boats are docked in the bay area in front of the hotel, and it’s also near El Nido airport. The photo and video show the views from the hotel. -C

I spent a full week at Chislyk Cottages last month. It was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great service. Ma'am Nora was especially helpful and made me feel like family. A top-notch stay for travelers on a budget.

The staff at Chislyk Inn were incredibly helpful and arranged everything for us. They booked tour B and organized our van to Puerto Princessa airport. If you’re planning a tour, I’d recommend booking through them, since their agency was much better than the one we booked ourselves for tour A. We stayed in two different rooms, and both were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with an amazing beach view that you can see in my photos. I loved the whole stay. We felt safe, comfortable, well cared for, and at home. Highly recommend it.

For the price, it’s not bad. The owner is a lovely older lady who makes sure you’re looked after. The rooms are small and simple, but fair for what you pay. If it’s clean, the AC works, and it’s quiet, I’m happy. There’s an open shared area outside the rooms with a nice beach view.

Verlyn, Francis and Nora have the boat tours well organised, and it’s an easy 10-minute walk along the beach to reach them. There’s no breakfast, but a great coffee shop is right next door. The spot is peaceful despite being in town, and it’s right on the waterfront.
