Armando, please pass along my greetings! The people here are even better than the atmosphere, and they looked after us incredibly well. Breakfast was delicious, and the burger is a must try. It’s a charming place, and I’ll definitely visit again.

Fheb, her lovely team, and her polite, bright, charming son are what make Island Lyfe Adventures so special. Fheb looked after us with genuine warmth, always smiling and ready to help. Her recommendations for tours, places to visit, and restaurants made our time in El Nido more memorable. By the end, she felt more like a friend than the owner. I work in hospitality myself, and her natural, heartfelt care is the kind of service you can’t teach. Thank you to Fheb, her staff, and her son for welcoming us, entertaining us, and sharing their warmth. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, with a fan and AC but no TV. Wi-Fi wasn’t great, though internet across El Nido is generally weak, and it didn’t bother me. The location is handy for both town and the airport. It’s right on the main road, though, so mornings can bring roosters and construction noise. I sleep heavily, so it was fine for me, but my fiancée sometimes struggled with the early noise. The food was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade strawberry jam. My fiancée’s chicken burger was juicy, crispy, and full of flavor, an easy 10/10 even though I’m not much of a chicken burger fan. I ordered peri-peri chicken because I’m Portuguese. It was seriously spicy, even for someone who can handle heat, but also juicy and delicious, with a proper peri-peri kick. Not for the faint-hearted, but a great choice if you like spicy food. It’s a family-owned business with basic accommodation, but the hospitality and homemade food are wonderful. If you want a simple, affordable stay in El Nido, this is the place.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in the warm weather, and they even left mosquito repellent lotion in the room, which came in handy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and delicious, and the in-house restaurant, Big Daddy’s BBQ and Beer Garden, made tasty food. It’s very close to the airport, though getting to the main town takes a bit of a ride. That suited us, since it’s a quieter place to relax. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The restaurant food was very nice, especially the burgers and chicken wings. Staff were lovely and friendly, and helped whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean, tidy, and a good size, with AC and fans to keep the air moving. The shower had hot water and good pressure. It’s between town, the harbour, and the airport, with motorbike taxis using the road, so either direction was only a short ride away. Would recommend.
