The staff made it easy to arrange tours and call for transportation, and they could either sort out whatever we needed or get in touch with someone who could. That help felt worth the nightly rate, which may seem a little high to some. Our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was great, though expensive. We stayed six nights over New Year's. The room was great and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It's right among the most popular bars, so it's not a quiet spot. Good restaurants are close by, and the beach is one block away. I'd recommend it to friends and try to stay here again next time I'm in El Nido. Thanks for helping make our Palawan vacation awesome.

The bed was super comfortable, especially compared with the hard beds I've found in many parts of Asia. The air conditioning was great, and the location in El Nido town is very convenient. I stayed upstairs in a private room with a bathroom, room 8. If you can, request it since it's at the back. I didn't hear outside noise apart from some construction workers during the day, which was fine. The staff at Ship Wreck were friendly throughout. They checked three times to see if I wanted the room cleaned on a rainy day when I was staying in, and always greeted me with a smile. Definitely recommend!

The room was super clean, the view was amazing, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The best coffee in El Nido, too! KC, the owner, helped us in ways that are hard to describe: she patched our wounds and gave us advice on everything we needed to know about the whole island. This may not be a five-star hotel, but it's easily the nicest and most homey place I've found in El Nido. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm back in town! ♥️🥰

Clean, nice rooms and accommodating staff. A good choice for travelers wanting an affordable, comfortable place to stay. Two thumbs up!

I've been traveling for five months, and this was the worst place I've stayed. It was super expensive, and the room I got looked nothing like the pictures. I was given an oven with a small window and a hole in the ceiling for a bit of light. The staff were far too rude. They treated me like... Stay away.
