Spin Designer Hostel

For the price, this hostel is really worth it compared with some other hotels in El Nido. It’s stylish, has fast WiFi and free breakfast, and the staff are very accommodating. Miss Karen, pictured with us, took the initiative to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Such a heartwarming gesture, and it made the place memorable.

This is one of our favourite hostels. Everyone on staff was kind, even the security guard, who helped us flag down a trycicle and made sure we were charged a fair price. We moved to a “bigger name” hostel after a couple of nights and regretted it. The whole team gave fantastic service, the location was brilliant, and the showers were hot.

If you want quiet and a chance to relax in El Nido, this is where you should stay. The common areas are kept up well and you can actually rest, and breakfast is included. The facilities are clean, with big beds, roomy lockers, and curtains for privacy. Showers and restrooms were good compared with other hostels. If you’re looking to party inside, maybe pick another one. Best hostel at El Nido. Period.

The staff are what really make Spin Designer hostel special. Caren, the master spinner, went out of her way several times to help me, including booking an island hopping tour late the night before. Daryl the security guard always greeted me with the best smile, and Claire and Anne were so kind and helpful when I saw them at breakfast and bar 147. My stay was one of the highlights of my time in El Nido. The dorms are modern, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom has lots of private stalls and hot water. I truly can’t say enough good things about the staff. You won’t regret staying at Spin Designer hostel!
