There’s no elevator, and nobody helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. I also couldn’t choose my breakfast. Three times out of five, the bacon and rice were served cold. The room was really dirty, with spiders and cobwebs everywhere. I’ve been traveling to the Philippines for 5 years, and unfortunately this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I don’t recommend it.

We got no complimentary breakfast just because we booked through Agoda. Shouldn’t the hotel’s services and amenities be the same no matter how you booked? Why would they vary? Does booking online mean you won’t get great service? Shouldn’t arrangements between the booking company and hotel leave the rates and services unaffected? Please enlighten me if I’m wrong...

It’s a nice place, though there’s a bit of dust around. There are 2 function halls, one on the ground floor and one on the third floor. Each can accommodate 100-200 people and has 2 Aircon, with a small waiting area outside.
