At night, there’s no direct reception hotline, and both the guard and reception are pretty much absent. The room quality was poor, with a flimsy table and fragile glassware. Worst of all, I spotted cockroaches more than once. Easily my worst experience so far.

The staff made us feel welcome, and the room was clean and nice. The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. I came in October and thought the place was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to return. See you soon 💗

The place looks pretty, and the rooms are decent. They locked the gate at night, though, and we didn’t want to bother the owner, so we stayed in instead of checking out the night life in Gensan.

Good location, clean rooms, and polite staff. The AC costs it a star, though. It’s old and very noisy.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and a decent size.
