I called four hours after checking out because I'd left my earphones under the pillow. They told me they didn't know about them and the cleaner hadn't found anything. I'm certain I left them there, so that response concerns me.

For the price, this was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the water heater worked well. Wi-Fi was stable enough, and they included breakfast. Horizon suites was reasonably priced and the staff were accommodating.

The restaurant serves a tasty Filipino-style boodle fight for 699 pesos, enough for 4-5 people. It's also a quiet, uncrowded place, which suits anyone looking to relax.

The snacks could use some work, and I'd like to see free coffee in the rooms. Serving staff could also improve their attitude. Even with limitations, they should remember that customers are always right.

They have a function hall for small events. If they made the comfort room more hygienic, I'd be able to give the place a better rating.
