There was only one towel for two expected guests, and neither body soap nor free drinking water was provided. The phone and TV weren't working. Think it over before checking in.

I checked in at 11 p.m., then got woken at 5 in the morning so they could hand me the OR. The staff felt unprofessional. There was no towel or toiletries in the room, so I had to call the front desk to ask for them.

The location is easy to get to, but the hotel's service is really poor. The rooms and the toilet and bath are badly maintained. Just being honest.

I've checked in three times in different months, and the TV still doesn't work. The AC has been broken, and now the extra lock is broken too, so I brought my own lock to make sure the door was secure. The room seemed fine at first, until I found the aircon, TV, and cable weren't working.

Food options are incomplete, with just water, soft drinks, cup noodles, and junk food. There was no phone for emergencies, and from the fourth floor I couldn't reach the staff downstairs at the counter.
