We stayed nearly a month and found it good value. The staff and service were great, and the room suited a couple. Its central spot worked well for our business and put everything nearby: a gas station, bakery, pharmacy, market, 711, water refilling station, print shops, public notary, and lots of food shops. At night, though, the room often smelled bad from the sink hole. The old furniture had termite damage, so we were constantly cleaning up wood dust. The TV and air conditioner were old, and the AC stopped working after a week. They kindly fixed things by letting us use the AC from another room. I hope they put up signs in the corridor asking people to keep quiet and respect other guests. Several times, late arrivals woke us in the middle of the night with loud voices, stomping feet, and music at 2:00. It was a really bad experience.

We arranged our stay through Agoda and appreciated being allowed to check in early. Our room had a roomy queen bed, fridge, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water heater, and bidet. No toiletries were provided, though we hadn't asked since we always bring our own. The staff arranged trikes for both the trip to Enchanted River, Hinatuan, and the ride to the terminal. There's also a water refilling station, which helps cut down on plastic bottles. The hotel is in a fairly quiet residential area, and we had a relaxing stay.

For P900, the room was small but perfectly adequate, with air conditioning. The sheets, toilet, and room were clean, and there was parking and complimentary breakfast. Towels and hot water were provided, though there was no soap or shampoo. Great value, and I'll come back.

Clean, comfortable room and bed, and I especially liked the pillows. This town hotel has what you need, including Wi-Fi, cable TV, a petrol station, restaurant, and laundry. There's an event hall upstairs on the second floor. Only thing missing was a blanket.

It wasn't crowded, and group rooms are available. The rooftop is a nice feature, especially in case of a tsunami. But the price was higher than I expected, probably because tourist attractions are nearby. The place was clean and bright, though security seemed poor: both entrances stayed unlocked and unguarded around the clock, and the sliding door in my room, which not all rooms have, barely locked. Water pressure was very low. In the shared bathroom it wasn't enough to start the water heater, and the toilet tank took 20 minutes to refill. That could be a problem when lots of people are sharing it.
