The hotel was very loud because there was an open bar downstairs, and being on the third floor made it worse. I was charged 2551.92 pesos plus add-ons, for a total of 3019.52 PESOS. I should have picked GO HOTEL at ROBINSONS PLACE ILIGAN. This felt like one of those short-time motels, and the bathroom was the worst, as you can see in the photos. There was absolutely no exclusive parking, even though the ad said there was. You have to park on the road at your own risk.

The room had a smart TV, which I liked, and a dispenser with hot and cold drinking water. The location was good too, with lots of restaurants nearby.

We only spent one night here while passing through the city, and it worked as a place to stop along the way. I booked through Agoda for a February Valentine's stay with my partner. At check-in, they asked twice to confirm the booking date, and I think they'd tagged it for a different date. I worried it might cause a problem, but thankfully it didn't. The room was tiny but tidy and nice, and it was quiet. The way to the rooms felt a bit unfinished, with an “ongoing renovation” vibe, though I'm not sure if work was actually going on or if that's just how it is. Outside was a bar, I think, which might put some people off, but it was fine by me.

I've been trying to reach them about my booking for hours, but nobody answered my calls. The service feels so unprofessional and incompetent. I don't recommend them.

The staff were hospitable and the service was great. For a quick rest, it was a good place to stay, with an elevator and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. Public transportation was close too. The bed was okay but not very comfortable. The air-conditioning was cold, and the bathroom was good, with nice water pressure, though the hot shower didn't last long. There's also a TV with Netflix. If you like bars and live bands, this place might suit you.
