Bed and Bath Serviced Suites

The staff are really friendly and accommodating, and the location is very accessible. During the more than six months I've been here, the fire alarm has beeped over 20 times, and some rock bands have played on Friday nights. Things seem nice now, though. It has been a good experience and an ideal place to stay in Iloilo.

There are lots of useful facilities here: a proper gym, salon, spa, coworking space, convenience store, and restaurant, which my staff recommended. The room is comfortable, though I'm having trouble with the hot shower setting. The rooftop bar music is the main reason I might not stay again. It goes until around 2 am or later, since I only managed to fall asleep around then. I hope they improve the room soundproofing if the music is going to keep playing that late.

In the suite, the bedsheets had a lot of stains. Since I checked in late and there was no hotel staff available at night, the guard had to replace them. They could have changed the sheets before I arrived. There was dust everywhere, and it felt like the room hadn't been prepared at all. The water pressure was low, so filling a bucket took a long time. Definitely a bad experience.

When there's a power outage in Iloilo, B lifestyle is our go-to. They have a generator, and the Wi-Fi is decent, enough to get work done. There's also a coworking space if you don't want to stay overnight in one of the rooms. We've checked in here since before COVID, and the service is still just as good. The front desk is very flexible and accommodating with what you need, and the food is top notch. While the big-name Iloilo hotels keep raising their prices, B lifestyle stays budget-friendly without lowering its service. Kudos to the owner for building a successful business.
