The front desk staff were okay and accommodating, but the room condition was our main concern during our one-night stay before an early morning marathon. We had a twin room on the 5th floor. When we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell, perhaps from mold or paint on the ceiling. The pillow covers and comforter also smelled as though they had been used before and not changed properly, though the sheets smelled clean. There was no water heater in the shower, and basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided, which was inconvenient. The hotel may need to check room cleanliness and make upgrades for a more comfortable stay.

It's centrally located and easy to get around, with lots of food options nearby and the public market close by. The receptionists were kind, responsive, and helpful. I booked on Klook and got a discount, so for the room quality and price, I'd give it 9/10. Our room on the 5th floor was generally clean and tidy, though water pooled near the toilet. The aircon was a little weak and didn't get very cold. It was quiet despite being right beside a mall. Wi-Fi was available, but I had some trouble connecting. We arrived by motorcycle and parking was challenging since the hotel has no designated motorcycle spaces and shares parking with the mall.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were in rough shape. Ours had a strong dusty smell that was overwhelming, and we had no hot water during our stay. Some of the policies felt excessive. We got one large towel and one medium towel, and an extra towel cost 200 PHP for one day. To get one again the next day, we'd have to request it and pay another 200 PHP. Use of the iron is also time-limited, with a possible charge for going over.

The rooms could use some improvement, but ours was clean and had everything working, including the heater, AC, and TV. For the price, it was okay. The location was perfect for the places I wanted to visit, right beside Robinson and near 7eleven. The receptionist and security guards were very approachable and helpful. Price, location, and service were all a perfect 5!!!!
