The rooftop disco was fun to watch while having one of the free cocktails, which were just right and not too sweet. The food choices were okay, and the lobby and roofdeck looked classy. The rooms were much less impressive than the photos. In both rooms we were put in, the AC dripped and the ceilings had bad water damage. When we asked to move from the first room, someone showed up with a hand towel to deal with it. The second room's AC wasn't as bad, but still dripped. Neither room had towels, even after we asked four times. The bathroom design is ridiculous too, one quick shower left the whole room flooded.

Housekeeping was good. The rain shower head was badly damaged when I got to the room, but a male staff member replaced it quickly. I didn't need cleaning, yet they promptly offered drink refills and fresh towels. Thank you. The room and service were otherwise adequate, but the room I got was small even though plenty of unlocked rooms were empty. Occupancy seemed around 15 to 25 percent. Check-in took a while despite there being no other guests in the lobby. My email requests also went unnoticed, and staff hadn't checked them or prepared the rooms or documents in advance.

I traveled from Manila to Iloilo with my family, 14 people in all, and booked six rooms for three days. Most of the rooms had leaking air conditioners. I slipped on the water, fell, and injured my back, and had to request a room change twice because of the leaks. There were visible holes in the comfort room ceilings, and I could hear rats running around. Even at breakfast on the ground floor, guests could hear them through the ceiling. One of the staff confirmed they were rats and said it had been an issue before.

They charge ₱200 per hour for early check-in. About half an hour after I got to my room, the AC started dripping. It took them a while to decide to move me, and I slipped in the wet hallway. The new room had no bath towels, and the ones they brought when I asked were surprisingly worn out. An earthquake happened around 10PM during my stay, but nobody from the hotel checked whether anything had happened to me.
