Early March 2026. The location is the main thing going for it: it's along the highway, away from the heavier traffic near the center of Irosin. Rooms are very basic, with few amenities. For an overnight stay, there weren't proper toiletries or even a blanket. There's an optional short or long stay, and I was charged a separate 200php deposit for the room key. Front desk and housekeeping didn't seem well coordinated, since I got a call early in the morning asking about a 12-hour stay even though I'd paid for 24 hours. They did apologize.

After arriving in Irosin around 9:40 p.m., we walked in and took an ordinary room for 500 pesos, which covered 12 hours. The only supplies were towels and soap, with no toothbrush, toothpaste, or shampoo. In Room 302, the windows wouldn't lock. Luckily, it was on the third floor. I also didn't like the large mirror facing the bed.

The room was quiet, and the gated property felt secure. It was right next to the highway, too. We checked in before noon and were given a third-floor room. I think the larger family rooms are on the lower floors. There isn't an elevator, but we didn't mind the climb since we were only staying overnight. The room was okay and had enough space for our things, though it wasn't large. The bed was small and the sheets very thin, and we got just one thin towel. Nobody gave us the Wi-Fi details. When we asked, staff didn't seem to know them, and after dinner we had to ask again and were sent between three different staff members before getting the information.

Not a good place for couples. No TV or even a shower, just a room with a bed and AC 😫
