The staff were so helpful and kind. One of them even came back after work and waited two hours for us to return, just to pass along an answer to something we'd asked. I stayed for about a month in total, changing rooms each time I rebooked, and every room had plenty of space and was great. The restaurant was good, and the bartender knew how to make a cocktail. I could keep talking about this place for hours. Great service for the money, and I'd absolutely recommend it. It's easy to get around from here, with a local market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, transport, clothing shops, and the local mall all close by. The mall is about a five-minute walk, and McDonald's is around ten minutes away. I initially booked for seven nights and was already planning to rebook for a second week.

The owners are a kind, hospitable couple, and the people working here are courteous and polite. The food was good, though there's still room to improve. There are surely better hotels, but these people make this a very good place to stay. Till next time 🤗😊

Both of my reservations, made two months ahead, were cancelled a week before my family arrived, when every hotel in the city was fully booked. I still haven't received a full refund. That was completely unprofessional, and I'll never book or recommend this place. Stay somewhere else. You've been warned!

My Manila workmates and I had a great stay here. The room was cozy and clean, and the price was really good. Check-in went smoothly, and FD DAN was awesome, with stellar service and a free upgrade. I'd definitely recommend it, the best hotel in Kalibo for me so far.

I've never stayed anywhere worse. The service was terrible, and they didn't take feedback well. When I politely raised some issues, their first and only response was, "If you are not happy, we will give you a refund." They took advantage of there being no other vacancies in town at the time. I had to disinfect the whole bathroom because I was afraid of catching something. A terrible experience.
