It’s easy to get to nearby places from this good location, and my room was clean with a very comfortable bed. But the service and amenities let it down. Even basic things like slippers in the room or a cup of water cost extra. It comes across as though making money matters more than genuine hospitality.

It’s a quiet place, and Kcc mall is just across the road, but that’s about the only plus for me. A drink from the room fridge costs twice the retail price. The TV and hot water didn’t work, and it took four attempts to get the door card to scan, so I made four trips back to the room. It’s highly overrated, more like barely two stars than the five-star place they seem to think it is.

Right opposite KCC mall, so the location is great, and the room rates are good value. The rooms were clean, but old and had a stale smell. Water pressure in the shower was so poor that you might need at least an hour to shower. Stay without expectations.

I spent one night here before heading to Lake Holon. The location is handy, right in front of KCC mall, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. The room was clean, and I was really happy to find a hair dryer in the bathroom. :)

The Wi-Fi was poor, which took a bit away from the stay. Otherwise, the comfortable room was fine for our three days, and the location was good. Reception and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.
