Bryan Condo Suites Makati near Airport

Ate was especially kind and accommodating, and the owner let us order food earlier than usual. That extra effort meant a lot. The food itself was good, too. It was a comfortable stay for me and my family. The towels were fresh and thick, though the bed felt a little itchy at times. More tissue in the room would be helpful, and the water pressure was low but manageable. We had a pleasant visit and would book here again.

The staff were the one good part. They were very kind, even though they were caught in the middle. I didn't feel safe there at all, and after booking for a week I left three days later with no refund. The owner and Expedia/hotels.com each blamed the other for refusing one, with nobody taking responsibility. The windows are thin, so you hear all the neighborhood street noise. It's just outside Makati in a residential area near the cash and carry mall, which I found misleading. There was a musty, almost sewer-like smell, barking dogs, honking, fireworks, music, cockroaches, and no overnight security. I booked a gorgeous Airbnb for less, with no bugs, smells, or noise. It's non-refundable for a reason. Shame on you!

We liked it enough to add two more days to our stay, and it was excellent value for money. Bryan and the staff were helpful and willing to do what they could to make the visit memorable. Our room at Bryan Condominium suites in Makati was very clean, with enough storage, and the quiet location and comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. Cash and Carry mall, 7-11, and a few restaurants are nearby if you need food.

The owner was considerate and accommodating with our extra and special requests. The rooms were clean and cozy, and very affordable. I booked three rooms for my colleagues, and they were all satisfied with their stays. The venue also worked perfectly for our year-end party and had a classy feel.
