The loud air conditioner kept me from relaxing, especially at night, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. I also paid more than 2,000 pesos, which didn't feel worth it for the quality or amenities. I picked Mezza Hotel on Booking.com after seeing photos that made the rooms look spacious and the price seemed affordable. In person, the room felt much smaller than the pictures suggested, as if they were taken to make it appear bigger. That was disappointing when I was hoping for a comfortable place to stay. The location and concept may catch your eye, but my experience fell short. The hotel could improve how it represents the rooms, maintain the facilities better, and make guests more comfortable. If you book, keep your expectations in check, especially if space and comfort matter to you. It might suit budget travelers, though I think there are probably better places in a similar price range. The online impression was more promising than the actual stay.

No lift, just stairs, and a basic window air conditioner. You can get a night's sleep here at an affordable price.

The internet was weak from the bed but worked well by the door. My room had one bedroom, a private bathroom, and Cable TV, and it was clean. They provided a toothbrush, soap, tissue, and a small tube of toothpaste. Breakfast was another 200 pesos, mostly SILOG. It's more than 1 km from Koronadal Town but close to Gaisano Mall, and there's room to go for a morning run.

I stayed from 28 to 31 Dec. The room was clean, and the staff were great, attentive, and helpful. My main complaint is that there's no elevator, so with all those stairs this definitely isn't a place for someone with a disability. Don't expect much in the way of toiletries, you get what you pay for. Still, I'd recommend it for a short stay if you need somewhere cosy, comfortable, and clean to sleep. Sorry, no photos.

Teenagers in the lobby were talking loudly, and in the early hours someone knocked on our room door. I was thinking of staying another night, but changed my mind. Please improve the security.
