The apartment smelled old, and the hot water was unreliable. The bathtub wasn’t clean, with hairs in it, and its water wasn’t working. The shower was broken too. I messaged the staff or Manager about the problems and got no reply. Airport pickup was included, but nobody mentioned or offered it. One night might be okay, but the place was far from what was advertised and absolutely not worth the money.

At least our room didn’t catch fire like the one in the last review. Still, there was no hot water, and an old LED light above the bed flicked on every 20 seconds, making for a long night. We told reception about both problems and got a response along the lines of “oh well.”

It’s been over 10 days since the fire, and despite trying to follow up with the hotel, I’ve only been ignored about the refund they promised. My apartment caught fire because of corroded equipment. The alarm battery was flat and the extinguishers were out of date. This could have been life threatening for me and others, yet there was no care or urgency from the hotel. It’s been upsetting and concerning, and the lack of safety means I won’t recommend this place.

Construction work in the building made it noisy, and there were scratching sounds at night, like someone moving furniture around.
