We booked two nights hoping for a relaxing weekend, but it was a letdown from check-in through checkout. We had cold showers for all three days because there was no hot water, and they only provided small towels. The WiFi was very unstable. I couldn’t make a video call in the room, so I had to go downstairs and use my own data. Noise from a nearby bar went on until 1 am on Friday night, and the hotel hadn’t mentioned it. The network was very poor, too. The front desk manager, a lady who never smiles, was unfriendly and made things even worse. I’ve stayed here three times already, but I won’t come back and definitely don’t recommend it. They offer free coffee for good reviews, which seems like an obvious way to pad the ratings. A lot of those “5-star” comments probably leave out the issues we had, like no hot water and the noise.

The rooms were clean and large, but service was poor and the staff seemed untrained. The free breakfast tasted terrible.

Everything else was very good and the staff were okay. When I was checking out and heading to the airport, I asked to extend by one day because of my flight. They said they don’t accept cards or dollars, only pesos or Korean won. Now I have to find somewhere to exchange cash. It’s really unnecessary.
