The location near the airport was convenient, and the main room looked clean with no bad smell. We saw no bugs, apart from a few blotches on the work desk lamp. There were a decent number of well spaced power outlets. Desk service responded quickly and may even have given up her own fan to make us comfortable. A baggage handler was available, though we had a lot of suitcases. The bathroom smelled of urine when we arrived and may not have been cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. The AC was either broken or low quality. The hotel is entirely on the third floor with no elevator, and there are no microwaves. The desk chair was far too short for the desk, and there was only one armchair. The mini fridge was a Kolin using Peltier technology, so it wasn't as good as a real mini refrigerator. The employees deserve a raise because they kept this from being a two star stay. I'd prefer a working, better AC, but in the short term, floor fans in each room could help circulate the cooler air near the floor and make it feel less hot. That saves money, though fans only help up to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit, or 32.222... degrees Celsius, and technically generate heat. A pulley system for bags might also help. Carrying ten heavy bags up and down three, technically six, flights of stairs is a work hazard for the baggage handler.

The utility worker who fixed the sink was the one good part of what felt like my worst hotel stay. We checked in for three days and two nights last month. The room was spacious but very old, and neither the kitchen sink nor the shower sink stack drained. I had to call maintenance and wait until the next day. I asked for a fresh towel after the first night. They told me to wait, but never changed it. The airport drop-off for my family was agreed for 17:30, but they took them at 19:15. I arrived at 18:35, so what should have been an exciting reunion turned into a disappointment. The hotel staff were not nice, apart from the utility worker.

We stayed three nights and could leave our luggage there for free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I'd definitely come back. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a mall and some fast food places nearby. Highly recommend it.

It wasn't fancy, but it covered the basics I need when traveling. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom worked, and there was hot and cold water. Everything was very clean, with no bugs, and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the mall across the street made the location convenient. The room didn't have much of a view, but I didn't mind. Walk around the city for a nice view, then come back here to shower and rest. I recommend it and would stay again.

I chose this hotel for its convenience near the Cebu airport, and regretted it. The area was run down, with beggars everywhere. To reach the lobby, you have to climb three floors. The receptionist was rude, and the hallways were old, dark, and dirty. Our room felt stale and old. The TV didn't work properly, the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and it stayed hot even with the AC on because they wouldn't let you lower the temperature. There was no privacy using the bathroom or taking a shower. I tried to leave and get my money back, but the rude receptionist refused and moved me to another room. The room was advertised with free breakfast, but after we ate, they tried to charge me. This place felt like a hell hole and a scam. Book somewhere else.
