A new, posh place in Mactan and a great option for a stay in Lapu Lapu. They’re still building more, and it seems to have all the basics you need to get by. 😃

The pool alone is a reason to avoid this place. You’re limited to one visit a day, it’s dirty, and broken tile pieces can cut into your feet. It also closes on Mondays. Across all the residential floors in every tower, there’s a serious cockroach problem, and raising it with someone gets nowhere. Management needs head office in Makati to approve decisions. Usually only one elevator works, so you might wait five minutes for it to reach your floor. There are so many rules and so much micromanagement that even a short stay feels unpleasant. The rules keep changing, and two people can give you different answers to the same question. I’d avoid it, no matter how good a deal you get.
