We moved into our renovated property in 2010 for our own comfort. Parking is the main drawback. We're selling and looking for somewhere with more parking space, perhaps in Cordova where there's less traffic.

Cars belonging to homeowners are parked all over the streets, especially those owned by people without parking spaces. These cars need to be towed. This subdivision could be nice if people didn't leave their cars parked so disrespectfully on the roads. I suggest charging them 20-50php a day and using the money to improve the subdivision. I know it probably won't happen because the homeowners association leaders park on the street too, and they make stupid rules to take money from homeowners. I don't care if they steal or corrupt that money, just charge vehicles for parking on the streets every day!
