My family and I had a peaceful, convenient stay at One Pacific Residence. The unit was cozy and neat, and shops and restaurants were nearby. We also felt safe in the area.

I'm here for a second chance at life, and this seems like a good place to start. The location is fantastic, with ocean views and a beach about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are probably at least twenty restaurants to choose from, along with Monroe and Mats banking.

It's easy to explore without going far, since local attractions, good places to eat and a nearby beach are all close by. One Pacific Residence also has pools and fitness centers, and the units are comfortable and equipped with what you need. The relaxing atmosphere makes it a nice place to unwind during a staycation with family or friends.

The mold smell is the one problem here, and if that bothers you, I wouldn't suggest a long stay. Everything else was well looked after: clean floors, no dust, nice decorations, a clean, beautiful pool, and an awesome playground with rock climbing walls. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
