The hostel was clean and had AC, but my room situation was a mess. I’d booked a private room and only found out when I arrived in the afternoon that they’d put me in a dorm instead. The dorm was just four beds lined up about 30 cm apart, with no lockers or shelves, and the bed felt like a tent camp bed. There was one AC remote for 3-5 rooms, the Wi-Fi was poor, and there wasn’t any drinking water, toilet paper, or soap. My flight changed, so I’d had to reschedule the stay; they said that was fine, which I appreciated. The airport is 3.2 km away on foot, but the airport bus doesn’t stop by the hostel, so you need to walk or get a taxi.

The staff were friendly and always polite when I asked for anything. There’s a nice rooftop where you can smoke or have a drink, and visitors can stay until 10pm, which is handy if you have friends nearby. It’s also close to the airport, so an early flight feels less rushed and you’re less likely to get caught in traffic. Much better than any other hostel I’ve booked.

The booking apps showed dorm beds as available, but the staff said there weren’t any. They also said they’d cancel the booking if I went ahead. Luckily, I hadn’t paid yet.

I missed my flight and stayed here for one night. It works for a layover or an unexpected overnight, and there were people on hand 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable, though only average, with cooling fans and no AC. There aren’t really restaurants nearby, just Mc Donald's and Local KFC.

For an inexpensive layover in Cebu, this place is a decent option, just a few minutes from Mactan International Airport. The comfort room is dated but clean, and the national highway nearby makes it a little noisy. There’s no lift, and the rooms are on the 3rd floor. The cellphone number listed on their site works. 🙂
