Wjv Inn Basak Lapulapu

At the Basak Branch, we only asked to inspect a room before deciding whether to book. The front desk processed a check-in without our explicit consent, which effectively tied us to a transaction we say we did not authorize. The air-conditioning units were defective, and the rooms did not meet reasonable standards for habitability, yet we were made to pay for a service we neither used nor agreed to. This may amount to misrepresentation and unjust enrichment. We also encountered discourteous behavior and what appeared to be disparaging remarks from the housekeeper, which we feel falls short of ethical hospitality service. We formally complain about these unauthorized and highly unprofessional actions, which we believe violate basic consumer rights and fair business practices. We request a thorough review, appropriate corrective action, and reimbursement of the unjustified charges to prevent further violations of consumer protection principles. The Basak Branch is the worst.
