WJV Mia Hotel Humay-Humay

Cleanliness was 6/10 and service just 1/10. The aircon was switched off while we were still in the room, and the water stopped working for a while before it came back. That part was okay, but the way we were treated wasn't. We stayed for 24 hours and asked to extend by another six. In the afternoon, staff knocked on our door more than ten times, which was really annoying and left us feeling short on privacy. I heard the girl outside the door nagging, nga nag sge yawyaw. They should have told us earlier so we could understand, but instead they blamed us. The staff were nasty, disrespectful, unfriendly, and greedy. They weren't accommodating, and the noise outside added to it. This was the second time we'd had a bad experience here. We chose WJV INN in Humay humay hoping for a pleasant stay, but ended up regretting it. The employees seemed unprofessional and made the stay miserable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The aircon was good and the TV worked, but the room smelled bad. The bathroom was really dirty and smelly too. When we asked for it to be cleaned, they only put the garbage in the bin, and it was still obviously filthy.

So disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

The price is really affordable, though there are a lot of mosquitoes inside.
