The view is breathtaking, and the place itself was clean. My biggest concern was how the staff treated guests. Having worked in hotel service, I know a warm greeting matters, and guests should feel welcome. The housekeeping staff were rude; after knocking, they should announce themselves. Kuya guard was the only friendly one. The setting and view are a clear 10 out of 10, but I’d rate the staff 3 out of 10.

We had a really good family day here, and I’d like to come back for an overnight stay. The pools were fun, there were plenty of cottages to choose from, and ours had a nearby grill area. We didn’t stay in one of the hotel rooms, just made a day trip. The location is close to Tall Volcano and has great views. I also liked the chance to get fresh fish from Lake Taal and grill it with my family. I didn’t see lifeguards around the pools, so keep an eye on your kids. I think it’s a must visit.

Getting here is a little difficult, but it’s a lovely find in Batangas province. The facilities are top-notch, and the view of Taal volcano is the best part.

We stayed for three days and two nights and had a good experience. The rooms and pool were kept in good shape, and the staff were polite and easy to approach. Management was excellent and accommodating. The scenery near Taal Volcano is fantastic. Food was good too, though I’d have liked more variety and a little improvement. The entertainment areas, especially billiards and table tennis, could use some maintenance. I’d consider staying again.
